Bellows Seal Gate & Globe Valve

 

Bonney Forge valves are available in two bonnet designs. The first design is the Bolted Bonnet, with male-female joint, and spiral wound gasket, made in F316L/graphite. Ring joint gasket are also available on request. The second design is the welded bonnet, with a threaded and sealed welded joint. On request a full penetration strength welded joint is available. Bellows sealed valves are available in all bellows seal gate valve or bellows seal globe valve design configurations.

Product features
1 Standard construction of body-bonnet connections are bolted bonnet or welded bonnet type.
2 Flanged valves are provided with flanges integral with the body forgings.
3 Standard gasket design for bolted-bonnet valves is spiral wound type up to class ASME 1500. Ring Joint gaskets are standard for ASME 2500 and above. SPW/RJ are available on request for all pressure classes as option.
4 High quality packing ( acc.to API 622 ) for reliable tightness and low emission performance in fully compliance with API 624.
5 Outside Screw and Yoke (OS&Y).
6 Low operation torque design.
7 Self aligning two piece packing gland.
8 Seal welded bellows designed to isolate valve packing from potentially cautic gases.
