Bonney Forge Mount Union Manufacturing and Warehousing Campus

Bonney Forge has fully integrated Forged Steel Fitting and Valve manufacturing facilities on one campus at its Mount Union location. Each facility is supported by a continuous investment program which focuses on our personnel & equipment. Combined with a complete Quality System this allows Bonney Forge to remain the leader in forged steel manufacturing. 

Bonney Forge has full-service machining and finishing operations that are contained in a 206,957 sq. ft. facility. This facility is continuously staying ahead of the competition by investing in leading technologies, such as, automated high-speed assembly, machining, and finishing equipment. High volume machining equipment includes Multiple Spindle Trunnion Machining Centers, Large Capacity Rotary Dial Index Machines, and Multiple Spindle Bar Feed Turning Operations. Focus on quick change-over and tooling technologies helps in the manufacturing of Engineered to Order product in our made to order CNC department. Normalizing and Annealing Heat Treatment Equipment allows this fully integrated manufacturing facility to provide timely and efficient processing and accurate order delivery. Our Total Quality Management Program including, steel microstructure analysis, material test reports, positive material identification, and gauge tracking all support Bonney Forge's goal of The Best Value - Price, Quality, Service all the time.

Bonney Forge has a state-of-the-art Forge Facility capable of manufacturing our entire line of Forged Steel Fitting, Olet and Forged Steel Valve Products. This 55,136 sq. ft facility houses a fully integrated Closed Die Manufacturing Shop which includes six Mechanical Presses and two variable strike force Die Forgers. These presses are supported by their own induction billet heaters and a full CNC machine shop dedicated to in-house forge die sinking. Overall, our facility has the capability to produce from a ½ pound forging up to a 160-pound forging. This allows our experienced forging team to provide a cost-effective solution for custom forgings.

Bonney Forge has a 60,000 sq. ft. Warehouse/Valve Facility that sits on a 19-acre site. with room for expansion in mind. Here we inventory, assemble and test our Forged, Cast, and Pressure Seal Valves which are provided with Bonney Forge Eco-Seal® Low Emissions packing as a standard. All of our valves meet or exceed all applicable product specifications. Bonney Forge performs "Value Added" operations at our Valve Operations that distinguishes us from the pack.
