Bonney Forge Shanghai 

Bonney Forge Shanghai manufactures cast steel gates, globes and swing check valves in an extensive range of sizes, pressure classes and materials. All engineering design is performed in the USA.

Castings are ONLY procured from our QMS controlled, frequently audited and qualified foundries. We continuously test our castings including qualification of new patterns and randomly selected castings of our product range from foundry pours. Valve testing following production and casting radiography testing ensure our highest quality levels.

We perform all required machining, assembly, testing and finishing operations in our 100,000 square foot modern facilities.

Made to order specialty application valves with numerous options are available including actuation and severe service requirements (exceeding all standards and customer specifications) for a product deserving the Bonney Forge USA name.

Bonney Forge USA directly manages Shanghai operations with frequent visits for quality control and technical reviews, including foundry visits for casting quality review and machine tool modernization. Periodic on-site inspections maintain best practice processes in all operations; supporting the growing demand for our quality products.
